I want your feedback!

Please do try my recipes, and let me know how they work for you.  Of course I want to know if you like them, but if anything is unclear, or if something didn’t work, tell me that too. Although my focus is on how I like to run my kitchen, I’m also open to recipe suggestions or requests. I’ll do my best to respond to your creative challenge.

This is a good place for your general comments, too, both about the content and the appearance of the site. Things will change from time to time.

If you’ve read this far, please also let me know how you located this blog–through your own web search, through a friend, through Facebook or LinkedIn or other social media, or even through the Reader pane here in WordPress. Just curious. I have access to the statistics, but not the personal stories.

  2. I’m not commenting on the actual recipe as I don’t eat chicken but it the layout does look simple and clear. Well done!

What about a recipe for the lovely rhubarb you gave me, sprouting colourfully in a big pot?
As I can only use a little this year as it has to settle in, can you suggest an appropriate
taster? I’m all for economy – I started as a roomwife – bedsit with washbasin and single gas ring on which I produced two-course meals. The creative bit was making enough for two!

    I love your blog Julia.

I mentioned to Jon that I’d love to read some KitchenAid recipes. Any tips or ideas would be very welcome.

    • Thanks, Kathryn! I love my KitchenAid, and use it constantly. I’ll try to flag up when it’s particularly useful in my recipes. In the meantime, here’s one quick tip: use it to whip mashed potatoes, particularly if you’re doing a large batch. It gets rid of lumps fast, and by incorporating air, creates a fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth result. But do this at the very last minute, or you’ll need to reheat them to serve. Enjoy!
